Die Überlebenden aus "Feast II" machen sich auf in die Stadt, dem einzigen noch sicheren Ort. Doch der Weg dahin führt durch die Kanalisation, die nur so vor Monstern wimmelt. Als sie jedoch vom Nest der Kreaturen erfahren, entscheiden sich die Überlebenden, das Böse ein für allemal zu vernichten. Hilfe bekommen sie dabei von dem seltsamen Propheten Short Bus Gus, der in der Lage scheint, die bösen Kreaturen zu bändigen. Mit dem neu aufkeimenden Selbstvertrauen, kämpft sich die Gruppe durch Horden von Monstern, in der Hoffnung, am Ende einen Sieg davontragen zu können.

The survivors are saved by the mysterious prophet, Short Bus Gus, who seemingly has the ability to control the beasts. He leads them into the sewers as they travel to the big city. Along the way they get help from karate expert JeanClaude Seagal and learn that the beasts originate from a place called The Hive.
