Medicine Head war eine britische Rockband, die in den späten 1960er und 1970er Jahren aktiv war. Sie wurde von John Fiddler (Gesang, Gitarre, Mundharmonika, Schlagzeug) und Peter Hope-Evans (Mundharmonika, Jew’s Harp, Bass) gegründet.
