Kurzbeschreibung:

Gentle Giant war eine britische Progressive-Rock-Band um die Brüder Phil, Derek und Ray Shulman. Die Gruppe war zwischen 1970 und 1980 aktiv und bekannt für die Komplexität ihrer Musik und die vielfältigen musikalischen Fähigkeiten ihrer Mitglieder. Bis auf die ersten beiden Schlagzeuger, Martin Smith und Malcolm Mortimore, waren alle Bandmitglieder Multiinstrumentalisten.
